Delivered through interactive virtual sessions, Sea Mate seeks to equip vessels with dedicated onboard Wellbeing Officers, providing practical skills to recognise distress, offer emotional support, and respond effectively to avoid crisis situations at sea. Through expert‑led learning, ongoing mentorship, and direct access to Sailors’ Society’s 24/7 crisis support, Sea Mate helps foster resilience, teamwork, and psychological safety on board without adding operational burden.
